No, no! not Cabbage head!
I said, Lettuce head!!!We bought an amazing fresh gorgeous head of curly endive lettuce at the market on Saturday and now I am wondering what the hell to do with it! Geeze louise! I've made salads! I've cooked it in omlettes like spinach! I've put it in quinoa! What else is there?! I need help because every time I open my fridge the lettuce head seems to have grown and I am now turning into one!
